Policies, Processes & Procedures

"Functionality You Will Love!"

Time Management

There is a 10 minute "Wine down time" built into every appointment. This time is reserved for refreshments and decompressing. Each minute late up to 10 minutes will be taken away from this time.

(In consideration of other guest, service times will not be extended for delayed arrivals.)

-If the grace period is missed, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

-Two automatic cancellations will result in permanent restricted status. 

Payments

-No refunds will be issued once a payment is processed. 

-All major cards are accepted. NO CASH

-Any cancellations that exceeds beyond the 24-hour cancellation grace period will result in an automatic 50% charge of the total amount due, minus the prepaid deposit.

-All "No-show" appointments will be charged 100% of the service balance. 

-Any failed payments will result in a restricted status and will no longer be able to be serviced. 

Changes/Cancellations

Communication

-Appointment times may be adjusted or changed due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances. In the case of an emergency, you will be contacted personally. 

-Clients are allowed to reschedule once per deposit on file.

-Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours prior to appointment.

-Rescheduling can be completed through your confirmation email. Select "change/cancel". 

Q: What if there is no availability to reschedule?

A: Please send an email to the address located in "contacts" with a subject line titled "Reschedule".

-Emails are answered within a 24 window.

-Any same day concerns can be directed to the phone number found in the confirmation email. 

-Only guest that are being serviced are allowed in salon.
